►Introduction
Bucket elevator is designed to
transport powder, granular and lump materials, which also can lift
abrasive materials, such as fly ash, slag, limestone, cement slurry,
cement clinker, cement, coal, dry clay, etc., it has an opening bin
below for storing material, when the motor driving the endless plate
chain (chain or belt) through the chute, the hopper fixed in the chain
of plate (chain or belt) bring the material to the discharging opening,
in this way it continuously convey the material.
Ring chain Bucket Elevator is applied in the vertical conveying of
abrasive powder, granular and small lump materials, such as grain, coal,
cement and crushed ore, etc., and its transportation height can reach
to 40m. The bucket chains are characterized by simple structure, stable
operation and hybrid or gravity discharge. The wheel rim uses
combination sprocket, and it is easy to replace and has been specially
treated to ensure a long service life. The underpart is equipped by
gravity automatic tensioning device, so that it can maintain a constant
tension to avoid slipping off the chain. The material temperature can

►Working PrincipleHopper scoops up materials from the stone bucket below, then is lifted to the top with the conveyor belt or chain, and next it is downward rolled over bypass the wheel on the top and the materials are dumped into the accept slot now by bucket chain or hoist conveyor, and the whole process is over. The driving band of bucket elevator with driver is commonly made of rubber, and it is installed below or above the drive roller and the divert roller. The chain-drive bucket elevator is generally equipped with two parallel transmission chain, on which above or below is a drive sprocket and a divert sprocket.
