►Brief introduction:
TZD bucket elevator is a kind of bucket elevator special for silo. Silo bucket elevator is special adapt to lifting material that in small size and ρ< 1 t/m³.There are two kinds of buckets for it, one is made by steel, the other one is made by plastic.
►Working principle
    Hopper scoops up materials from the stone bucket below, then is lifted to the top with the conveyor belt or chain, and next it is downward rolled over bypass the wheel on the top and the materials are dumped into the accept slot now by bucket chain or hoist conveyor, and the whole process is over. The driving band of bucket elevator with driver is commonly made of rubber, and it is installed below or above the drive roller and the divert roller. The chain-drive bucket elevator is generally equipped with two parallel transmission chain, on which above or below is a drive sprocket and a divert sprocket. Continuous Chain or Belt Bucket Elevator for Cement are generally equipped with chassis to prevent the dust flying into the bucket elevator.
 
► Features:
    1. Obvious features like low power required, effective inflow feeding & guiding discharge, huge-volume hopper with tight arrangement. With little returned material or dug-out material, the ineffective power resulted is quite less as well accordingly.
    2. It has vast range of application with almost no limitation for lifting material forms and properties. Materials like power, grain or big lump could be all applicable .Also its good sealing condition could effectively reduces the environmental pollution.

► Applications:  
TZD bucket elevator is widely used for conveying powder, granular and non-small-block mill and grinding of small materials, such as: coal, cement, stones, sand, clay, ore and so on.
