Belt conveyor tripper is a mobile device which can unload materials at the arbitrary point of horizontal section of the conveyor; it’s a single part of the conveyor. Movable tripper can be divided into light-duty type and heavy-duty type.

►Brief introduction:
TZD bucket elevator is a kind of bucket elevator special for silo. Silo bucket elevator is special adapt to lifting material that in small size and ρ< 1 t/m³.There are two kinds of buckets for it, one is made by steel, the other one is made by plastic.
►Working principle
    Hopper scoops up materials from the stone bucket below, then is lifted to the top with the conveyor belt or chain, and next it is downward rolled over bypass the wheel on the top and the materials are dumped into the accept slot now by bucket chain or hoist conveyor, and the whole process is over. The driving band of bucket elevator with driver is commonly made of rubber, and it is installed below or above the drive roller and the divert roller. The chain-drive bucket elevator is generally equipped with two parallel transmission chain, on which above or below is a drive sprocket and a divert sprocket. Continuous Chain or Belt Bucket Elevator for Cement are generally equipped with chassis to prevent the dust flying into the bucket elevator.

    1. Obvious features like low power required, effective inflow feeding & guiding discharge, huge-volume hopper with tight arrangement. With little returned material or dug-out material, the ineffective power resulted is quite less as well accordingly.

►Introduction
    General rubber belt is suitable for material temperature less than 80 ℃ ,heat-resisting rubber belt is suitable for material temperature less than 120 ℃. Max. Lifting height 80m , Capacity is approx. 2080 m3/h.
    THG bucket elevator adopts high strength link chain as the traction component , draw our type feeding material , centrifugal or hybrid discharge material . Material temperature is less than 250℃. Max. lifting height 75m , Capacity is approx.1800m3/h.

    TDG/THG bucket elevator with Sh type buckets are widely used in transporting dry , loose and good fluidity powder , granular , block material ; with Zh type buckets are widely used in transporting moist , caking and bad fluidity powder , granular material .
